I am a Med-Peds Infectious Disease fellow at NIAID/CNH conducting Electronic Health Records (EHR) informatics research in the NHGRI Center for Precision Health Research.

Under Josh Denny’s mentorship, I develop methods to transform clinical data into research-grade insights about infectious diseases. My primary work uses the NIH All of Us Research Program to study how genetics and clinical factors shape susceptibility to respiratory infections. Concurrent projects include integrating survey data in EHR phenotyping, time-bounded phenomic analyses, unit harmonization in All of Us, and ID-related phenome studies for NIAID collaborators.

Beyond research, I am board-certified in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and Adult Infectious Diseases, committed to advancing precision medicine through data science and advanced phenotyping.
